Can I import products from Amazon or Shopify?

Yes. Image Studio supports Amazon URLs/ASINs, Shopify product links, normal shop URLs and CSV files. Protected sources may require manual review or upload.

Are credits charged before generation?

Credits are calculated server-side and reserved before billable actions. Failed jobs release unused credits.

Can I create English and German texts?

Yes. Text jobs can generate outputs in multiple languages while keeping product facts, brand rules and keywords in context.
